We are in South Florida and can do your corporate executive portraits and corporate headshots on location. Business headshots, headshots for websites, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Headshots for attorneys, headshots for realtors. Team photos. Group photos. Corporations and business headshots and executive portraits of all types. We have been photographers in South Florida and Palm Beach county for over 20 years.
How do I schedule my portrait?
Call to schedule a portrait date. More advance notice is better. Contact us.
What does the business portrait package cost?
We come to you ! The standard business portrait package for Palm Beach County is $149 which includes a location set up fee, up to 1 hour of time and all file prep for a single person. You will receive 2 final images sent digitally high res.
Can you photograph someone else in our staff also?
Yes, and this saves time for your people and can be cost-effective if you have many individuals that need head shot photos at the same time because there is no travel or separate scheduling necessary for them. Each additional person after the one covered above, is only $50 One person per photo. We would need a room with a minimum 8' ceiling and at least a 10’x15’ floor space.
How about group staff photos at our offices?
Groups of 3 to 100 can be done . The cost for this is $249 including set up fees etc . You will receive 4 final images sent digitally high res.
How fast can I get my portraits?
We strive to provide your web previews within a day after your sitting. We’ll notify you by e-mail with a link when your previews are on-line.
Up to 10 images are uploaded as previews at www.FortsonPhoto.Photoreflect.com internet gallery allowing you to make a fast and easy selection of your favorite images. Allow another 3 days after you select your favorite poses for us to prepare your digital files. We can then send your files to you electronically. Usage rights granted to reproduce on your business materials.
What do I get with the standard business portrait package?
Choose 2 images from your portrait session. We’ll do our basic retouching and then prepare your reproduction-ready digital files. You get your portraits in color high res filesize at 300 DPI and 72 DPI in JPEG format.
Can I get more than 2 poses, or extra prints?
Yes, for a modest additional fee when you request them as part of your original order. File preparation for each additional pose is $30 which includes all the same sizes and formats as the pose included in your package.
Do you keep these stored for me?
No, sorry. I am only responsible for 30 days. You own these photo-files, and please feel free to make as many copies as you like. In fact I would encourage you to make two CD copies and put them in separate places for safe keeping.
Copyright and usage: All photography is copyright by Fortson Photography, LLC and we may use the images for advertising and display .You are purchasing a license to reproduce your portraits in press kits, newsletters, brochures, business cards, websites, and local advertising for an unlimited time period.

Business Day +++ We offer a corporate and industrial photography service designed for companies and business owners seeking "real life" photos for their corporate and annual reports, web sites and historical files. We photograph your operations as they really are, making timely photos of the people, equipment, processes and products that make your business work.
Our corporate photography is delivered in standard digital format on a CD, for you to work with immediately and will give your professional designers and printers maximum control over the look of the photos in your project.
This "Business Day" service is offered in half day and full day formats, at
